Can I make my own weight loss challenges?

Our IRLA Weight Loss challenge medal is for people starting a weight loss routine, or already working to reach their goal weight, or maintaining their goal weight, and more.

Have you already lost five pounds or ten pounds in your weight loss challenge? Use your IRLA challenge medals to lose more. If you’ve lost the weight you set out to lose — maintain it! Abstain from your favorite foods for a week, two weeks, or 30 days, and award yourself for the five pounds you would have put on if you hadn’t.

Add your own obstacles to your weight loss challenge. No cheat days for a month. Exercise twice as long or twice as hard. No diet drinks, just water. It’s your journey. Now walk it!

How do IRLA challenges work?

When you accept our IRLA challenges, you receive a box of four minor challenges and the last major challenge for the complete set. Use your phone to scan your Introductory IRLA and get our IRLA app, where you can track your progress and compare your goals with a like-minded community. Open each IRLA as you complete your challenges!
